Tellus Operating Group, LLC ("TOG") is an employee-owned operating company based in Ridgeland, Mississippi. As contract operator for Tellus Energy, LLC, a domestic oil and gas exploration and production company, TOG provides technical, operational and administrative functions. TOG operates over six hundred oil and gas wells in twenty-three fields in Louisiana and Mississippi. TOG employs over 100 employees at its central Ridgeland office and at its Louisiana and Mississippi producing areas. The Mississippi properties are located in Baxterville, Chaparral, Ely Creek, Free State, Hiwannee N., Leaf River, Parker Creek, Raleigh, Stampede, Tallahala Creek, East Tallahala Creek, Topeka, Vintage, West Yellow Creek and Wrangler fields. TOG also operates wells in Antioch, Lisbon, Shreveport (Cross Lake), and Greenwood-Waskom fields in North Louisiana. In South Louisiana, TOG operates wells in East Lake Sand, Fordoche, Montegut, and St. John fields. TOG, as operator, is responsible for maintaining and enhancing production for the energy producing properties it operates. Whether planning seismic surveys, exploration and development drilling, or executing workovers and completions, TOG's ultimate goals are to find new reserves and increase production. In addition to Tellus Energy, LLC, TOG provides certain contract support to: Telpico, LLC, an international oil and gas exploration and production company; Treetop Midstream Services, LLC, which processes, treats, markets and transports hydrocarbons; Capstone Energy Portfolios, LLC, which conducts 3-D seismic exploration programs; Compressor and Engine Service, LLC, which fabricates sour gas compression and processing equipment; Top Ten Holdings, LLC, a real estate holding company; and Highland Colony Capital, LLC, an incubator for technologies that enhance energy operations.
